Juridicon Law Firm is an experienced, dedicated law firm located in Lithuania. Our firm was founded in 1991. Juridicon started its operations from incorporation and subsequent legal services for Lithuanian companies, consultancies on business and company management issues and orientation to small business representatives. Later foreign investment and international taxation became one of the main fields of activities. Juridicon was among the first in Lithuania to start giving advice on establishment and development of business abroad, on planning of acquisition and protection of property, as well as on incorporation and management of overseas enterprises, including offshore companies. Juridicon still remains a leader in this field.From the very outset Juridicon, which then was a small company of young and dynamic people, has been seeking professional and personal development and has been building a strong team of consultants. Significant source of professional development is pedagogical and scientific work of Juridicon lawyers at Mykolas Romeris University and Vilnius University Law Faculty, which greatly contributes to the realization of the Firm’s mission, yet nonetheless doesn’t alter the main principle of Juridicon – being customer-orientated.
