Juris Law Group has developed a unique legal service model. We combine the best of each traditional model – large firm, small firm, and in-house counsel to provide you with cost-effective, personalized legal services to meet your legal needs and business demands. Juris Law Group attorneys have at least five years of large firm (AMLAW 30 or higher) or in-house counsel experience, as well as training at some of the best law schools in the world (ranked top 30 or higher). As a Juris Law Group client, you get all the skill, experience and training of a large firm attorney at hourly rates less than a large firm would charge you for a first-year lawyer.
A key feature of our success with business clients has been our optional flat-fee model. As a Juris Law Group client, you have the option to switch to a flat-fee model. The flat-fee may be per project, transaction or per month. With one low flat-fee, all of your legal needs will be handled by Juris Law Group attorneys. No more case-by-case considerations of whether a matter is ‘substantial’ enough for legal attention. Under this model, every action, agreement and negotiation of your company will be under the watchful eye of your attorney, serving as your outside general counsel.
As an added benefit, Juris Law Group does not charge for phone consultations for clients or non-clients. We are a ‘business-centric’ law firm, and strive to keep our over-head and expenses low, so that we can transfer those savings to our clients.
