Jurisgulf takes an "in-house", pro-active approach to client relationships. It aims to acquire a good knowledge of the client's contracts, policies and practices with a view to assisting in the process of making important and difficult business decisions. It also aims to have the closest possible working relationships with the client's business and legal executives so that an atmosphere of trust can prevail and attorneys can enjoy the opportunity to provide consistent, expert advice.

Jurisgulf was established by Raymond Mouracadé, a specialist IT lawyer. Raymond worked for 17 years as in-house counselor at IBM where he held management and executive positions in the Law department before moving to the United Arab Emirates in 1999 as a private practitioner and establishing Jurisgulf in Dubai.
