K&K Hukuk Firmasi, (“K&K”) which was established in 1949 by Hon. Sureyya Petekkaya, former High Criminal Court judge. For over 20 years, the Firm has been managed by Dr. Mehmet N. Karaahmetoglu, graduate of University of Istanbul School of Law. In addition, Dr. Karaahmetoglu received his Doctorate in 1974 from Frei University in Berlin, Germany. After teaching at Frei University School of Law for two years, Dr. Karaahmetoglu returned to Turkey where he taught courses in contracts and corporate law for many years at law schools and business schools. K&K also has an extensive intellectual law practice which is headed by Ms. Berna N. Karaahmetoglu.

K&K represents European companies doing business in Turkey as well as Turkish companies in their international dealings. K&K’s practice focuses on the areas of business, commercial, corporate, criminal, intellectual property law, corporate immigration and litigation.
