KS Law Office was established in 2008 by Attorney Goksel Kirar and Attorney Hilda Seyfittinoglu. We, as K&S Law and Consultancy Office, provide our clients with services especially in the field of private law with our wide and experienced personnel in our central office in Ankara and liaison offices in Istanbul, Izmir and Hatay (Antakya).
The mission of our firm is providing its clients with a legal consultancy service for the follow-up of the current and possible lawsuits resulting from the legal relationships between its clients who are citizens of especially Arab countries and third parties and related states and for solving the related problems, and providing its clients with services in the field of preventive law within the Turkish judicial system. Thanks to our personnel who are very competent on Arabic and English, we continue informing real and legal persons of Arabic origin about every field they desire in the Republic of Turkey and following the necessary procedures before public and private bodies.
Our office provide rapid and solution oriented services in the fields of law such as Energy Law, Trademark, Patent and Intellectual Property and Real Estate Law and notably Civil Law, Compensation Law, Foreign Capital Investments, Commercial Law, Company Law and its Implementation, Contract of Engagement and all kinds of Contracts, Law of Contracts and in all kinds of general judicial issues.
