- Investment Based Visas

Are you an investor, entrepreneur, professional or other individual willing to invest in a new enterprise in the United States? If so, you may be eligible for an EB-5 investment based visa. A foreign national who is intending to start a commercial enterprise in the United States can apply for an investment based visa (EB-5 visa) under U.S. immigration law. The rules in this area of law are very specific and may need the attention of an experienced attorney.

- Employment Based Visas
