I am skilled at handling municipal court cases. My priority is to prevent your charges from escalating, and I get dismissals whenever possible.
In some personal injury claims, I negotiate a settlement without a trial. In other cases, it is necessary to file a lawsuit and the judge sets the amount of damages. Either way, my fee is typically a percentage of your award. If we do not win, you do not pay.
