The Firm maintains offices in eight (8) separate venues throughout the State of Florida thereby creating a vast network of accessibility for our clients and providing expertise in all areas of the law. The Firm constantly interacts on behalf of clients within the structure of knowledge represented by our different attorneys and the different departments.A client, for example, with a Workers’ Compensation issue that involves an employee termination has immediate access to our Employment and Labor Law Department. Should a case involve a Product Liability or other type of injury (i.e., vehicle accident), we are able to immediately communicate with our Liability, Transportation, or Commercial Litigation Departments. Each attorney is well aware of the Firm’s philosophy of providing this type of instant communication and prompt service to the client at all times. On many occasions the Firm will dispatch attorneys to the site of an accident, even if the expertise involved means bringing in attorneys from another location. The Firm will absorb any costs of transportation, if needed, so that the client is immediately serviced to the greatest degree.
The Firm regularly presents accredited seminars for clients, and many partners and attorneys are featured speakers at conventions, meetings, and seminars throughout Florida and around the country.
