We are continually negotiating and litigating on behalf of our clients throughout North America and also represent clients in international trade disputes. KMKSC offers transnational services, both to US businesses contemplating, or involved in, transactions outside of the United States, and to companies in other countries operating, or looking to establish operations, in the US.
