Krevolin & Horst (“K&H”) is a dynamic, entrepreneurial law firm dedicated to providing exceptional client service. K&H was started in 1996 by Doug Krevolin and Jeff Horst, who were formerly partners in prominent firms in Atlanta. Our practice focuses exclusively on corporate, technology, commercial real estate, environmental and trial and appellate litigation in the areas of accountant liability, business torts, covenants not to compete, director and officer liability, contracts, corporate governance, employment, franchise, insurance coverage, intellectual property/trade secrets, real estate, securities, and shareholder disputes. For clients who have needs outside our areas of expertise, we partner with the best lawyers at other law firms to satisfy the client’s needs.
Although based in Atlanta, our firm provides services to clients with business activities and litigation in other states. Our transactional lawyers provide regional representation of several clients. Our litigation lawyers handle significant, cutting edge issues and have tried cases in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
We have been privileged to have longstanding relationships with many of our clients. Additionally, a number of our clients have come to us as a result of referrals by clients and other lawyers because of our superior lawyering, creative problem-solving skills, and trial experience. We are one of the very few law firms of any size that regularly goes to trial in business litigation cases. We frequently are asked to serve as local counsel by large out of state law firms.
