- Corporate and Commercial Law

- Banking and Financial Law

In the banking and financial law area, the members of our firm have expertise in assisting Mexican and foreign financial institutions, such as banks, investment companies, securities management companies and exchange brokerage firms in every aspect related to their operations. They also have plenty of experience in assisting foreign banks with respect to their operations in Mexico, including the establishment of their representative offices, and the negotiation, implementation and drafting of the documentation related with financing to Mexican companies.

- Aviation Law

In this area, lawyers within our firm have advised foreign and domestic financial institutions, as well as airlines and air operators in the negotiation, drafting and recording with the corresponding Mexican authorities of purchase, sale, lease and financing transactions in connection with privately and commercially operated aircraft (and their engines).

- Energy Law
