We also advise our clients on relevant aspects of commercial law, such as competition law or fair trade practices or intellectual property rights.

Shareholders Agreements, agreements for transfer of businesses, bonds, internal structure and organisation of companies, corporate governance.
- Regulatory Issues
In those sectors in which we are often involved, such as utilities or investment companies we can advise our clients on the regulatory issues of their sector, at least on a first level.
- Litigation
We can also advise you and represent you in conflicts, both before the courts and outside.
- Interim Management en Project Management
LCS specializes in providing companies with temporary in-house legal counsels to cover temporary vacancies which arise in the event of such things as maternity leave or resignations. In addition companies can be assisted when they are faced with periods of high legal workload or special projects both of which may require additional but not permanent resources.
