Prior to serving in the State Department, Mr. Lachman was a real estate developer and contractor in the Washington, DC suburbs, a real estate attorney in Denver, Colorado, and served as a director of a CanadianAmerican real estate firm. Gary Lachman is currently a partner in Lachman & Yeniaras Attorneys at Law, located in Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to founding Lachman & Yeniaras with Mr. Yeniaras, Mr. Lachman was employed as Special Counsel on Foreign Law with a major international law firm in Istanbul.
M. Cem Yeniaras is a Turkish citizen and graduate of Galatasaray University School of Law, and Georgetown University Law School with a LLM degree. He is a member of both the Istanbul and New York Bar Associations (pending). He is a specialist in real estate transactions and government relations in Turkey. His experience is with both municipalities and the national government ministries in Ankara.
