Our Law Firm is primarily dealing in the area of collecting outstanding debts in Germany and the international conducting of lawsuits. Thus we are conducting legal proceedings for German clients abroad as well as vice versa. Our Lawyers are called to the bar at every court in Germany. In addition our Lawyers are trained and skillful in economic mediation.For 18 years we have been working for numerous foreign companies in the field of claim management and took over the debt collection for French, Italian and English export credit insurance companies. Therefore our Lawyers are familiar with their handling and requirements in debt collection proceedings, civil law (action) and business mediation. We serve industrial, commercial and service-providing firms as well as private individuals.
Our Office combines modern debt collection proceedings with subsequent court proceedings if necessary - all proceedings are in one single hand. Your case is always related to one office - from the first demand letter (dunning letter) until payment in enforcement proceedings.

Fees and costs: It is the guiding principle of our office to cover our fees and costs by the debtor himself ("no cure no pay" in out of court proceedings). In Germany the debtor has to pay all fees and costs of legal proceedings (including court fees) if he is in delay of payment or is defeated in a lawsuit.
