Holly, NJ, has a substantial practice in Burlington County, Camden County, and Gloucester County, as well as all the Municipal Courts in South Jersey. Mr. Gold was named Municipal Court “Attorney of the Year” by the N.J. State Bar Assn. in 2008 and 2004. He was also awarded the New Jersey State Bar’s “Amcius Curiae Award” in 2008. Mr. Gold has been named three times as Chairman of the Burlington County Bench and Bar Criminal Law Committee and four times as Chairman of the Municipal Court Committee. He has been moderator and speaker at many Bar seminars on the subjects of Criminal Law, Municipal Court, “Megan’s Law”, and Drunk Driving. Mr. Gold is also a former Asst. Burlington County Prosecutor and was a Police Academy instructor on the subject of Search and Seizure.
