Mr. Ohlenberg has spoken at numerous continuing education seminars in Minnesota relating to criminal law issues including: "Intersection of Criminal and Immigration Law CLE" held in Minneapolis, MN on January 28, 2010. He was a participant in the Minnesota Supreme Courts, Criminal Justice Forum chaired by Chief Justice Eric Magnuson and tasked with reviewing and proposing cost reductions to the Minnesota court system (2008-09). Since 2008, Mr Ohlenberg has been a member of the Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice (MSCJ), a group of top criminal defense attorneys in Minnesota who meet monthly to discuss current issues in the area of criminal law.
Mr. Ohlenberg is a graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN(1997) and is licensed to appear in State and Federal courts in the State of Minnesota. He also holds an MBA degree from New York Universitys Stern School of Business, and a B.A. in economics from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
