Law Offices Dr. F. Taking advantage of and putting to good use the firm’s geographically strategic position, Friedrich Schwank heads and co-ordinates a product recall task force comprising partner firms for the benefit of managing product liability risks and other contingencies of manufacturers. The task force is serving multinational clients from around the world so that a product recall is managed sensitively, quickly and efficiently to protect manufacturers and their shareholders.

The firm is the Austrian member of the Association of European Lawyers, AEL, ALFA International, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and The Professional Fiduciary Group. Friedrich Schwank is also the Austrian member for the lawyers’ group of InterContinental Consultants. Other memberships include the International Law Association, the International Fiscal Association, and the International Bar Association.
