- Foreclosure Defense

If you have been served with a foreclosure notice on your mortgage, you may not realize you have the right to fight the foreclosure. However, in Florida, you must respond to the notice within 20 days. If you do decide to fight the foreclosure, you do not have to make mortgage payments during the litigation process.
