Law Firm Overview
We are a small firm which works in the area of Immigration Law, and handles K-1 fiancee visas and K-3 spousal visas. My law firm consists of myself (licensed attorney member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association) and my wife (my legal assistant). We were married on a K-1 fiancee visa ourselves, and have been through the immigration process ourselves.(1) We emphasize personal service as opposed to large firms which are “visa mills” where clients tend to become a number my wife and I personally work on our clients petitions and cases.
(2) We are available for calls or consultations at just about any time, including weekends we don’t have an answering service answer our calls we answer our own calls.
(3) We don’t have gimmicks we are “straight-shooters”, and we do not make wild or empty claims to try to convince clients to hire us.
(4) My firm emphasizes getting the details correct, and producing an impressive application for presentation to the USCIS and U.S. Consulate.
(5) Our fees are reasonable: we charge about ˝ of what some of the big “visa mills” charge for a K-1 or K-3 visa. Our fee for a K-1 visa is $975, and for a K-3 visa, $1,175 (for no children).
(6) I am licensed to represent clients from all 50 states and from overseas in K-1 and K-3 petitions.
