This is a natural extension of the real estate law practice in which it has served clients for years. When buying land, commercial properties and homes was in vogue in South Florida, the firm represented and counseled commercial and residential buyers, sellers, and investors in all aspects of a purchase and sale transaction, from the pre contract stage all the way through to closing the transaction. It handled loan and real estate closings, development projects, and the acquisition and sale of hotels, nursing homes, condominiums, and shopping centers. Now, the firm seeks to help people negotiate a financial solution to the mortgage and value meltdown that South Floridians are facing. By fighting and negotiating for loan modification, short sales, and other alternative solutions with banks and lenders the firm is helping people hold on to their property and prevent or delay foreclosure.The firm also helps clients with the legal complexities of business start up and corporate administration. It handles corporate formation, LLCs, partnerships, shareholder and trust agreements.

Mr. Beriro has been a member of the Colorado Bar since 1994 and the Florida Bar since 2004. He serves on the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.
