Law Firm Overview
The Law Offices of Hari Bilash Sapkota began in 2001 as an outgrowth of the existing legal practice of HariBilash Sapkota. Mr. Sapkota is an experienced advocate and legal consultant. He is a member of the
Nepal Bar Council and Nepal Bar Association. His areas of specialization are commercial and corporate
laws. The Law Offices of Hari Bilash Sapkota has a flourishing practice in both contentious and
non-contentious commercial matters, as well as in several other areas of law, including general litigation.
Mr. Sapkota graduated with an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in Business and International Trade
Laws from Kathmandu School of Law. He obtained a B.L. (Bachelor of Laws) degree from Nepal Law
Campus. In addition to his work at our law offices, Mr. Sapkota actively supports a local nonprofit
organization that protects and promotes consumer rights and child education. He is also involved
in the legal aid and corporate social responsibility projects undertaken by our offices.
