Attorney Kendall has over thirty years of pre-hospital emergency medicine, more than twenty years of law enforcement, and is a court recognized expert and international instructor in dangerous drugs of abuse.He has nurse consultants, physicians crash reconstructionists, and seasoned investigators to assist in his cases. Lastly, Attorney Kendall has taught criminal law, motor vehicle law, and criminal procedure in police academies across Massachusetts for nineteen years. His understanding of search and seizure laws, stop and frisks, and statutory and case law is unparalleled in comparison to many practicing attorneys.
Richard W. Kendall earned his J.D. Degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. Mr. Kendall soon joined a multi-state law firm working out of the Boston office. He assisted in a case in Wisconsin, one in the New York Supreme Court, recently litigated one in Vermont, and presented one before the New Jersey Youth and Family Court in April of 2009. In a short amount of time and after much success, Attorney Kendall became the lead civil litigation attorney.
Mr. Kendall believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. Attorney Kendall founded Law Offices of Richard W. Kendall, L.L.C. Since then, Attorney Kendall has represented numerous high-profile clients in State and Federal Courts. The Law Offices of Richard W. Kendall, L.L.C. has allowed Mr. Kendall to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
