We are a law firm that represents injured individuals who have been hurt due to the negligence of another both on land and at sea. I handle just about any injury related client whether the case relates to an auto accident or car crash a construction accident injury or any number of types of accident cases such as dog bites, slip/trip and falls and so forth.I also represent injured workers in both State workers compensation cases (I am a State Bar Certified Workers Compensation Specialist) as well as Longshore & Harbor Workers (l & H) injured on the docks or oil workers on the outer continental shelf pursuant to the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and civilian workers injured on military bases both at home (non-appropriated Fund) and all over the world (Defense Base Act).
