As a former FBI Special Agent Attorney, Michael Youngs is very familiar with federal criminal cases as well as extradition procedures and the methods of defending these cases. Although most of our clients are U.S. Citizens, many of our clients are from South America as well as the Caribbean who have faced federal charges in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale as well as New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and Colorado. In the commercial arena, our firm has handled international business transactions and disputes for the last ten years. We are familiar with issues that often arise in foreign countries due to our international experience and always work closely with foreign law firms that have been vetted in order to protect the interests of our clients.
