The firm was established in 1990 but over 40 years some partners of the firm have specialized in the fields of industrial and intellectual property law and corporate and commercial law. Since its foundation, the firm has been gradually expanding and today it comprises fifteen lawyers, five patent attorneys and approximately forty members of specialized technical and administrative staff. It counts among the leading intellectual property practicers in the Czech Republic and it is recognized as one of the most distinguished domestic law firms in the country in general. Through its Slovak associates Busova Ursinyova Buso, it provides all kinds of legal services also in Slovakia.The firm is member of AIPPI, INTA, LIDC, LES, Interleges.
