Our attorneys include a former Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) special agent who represents clients in licensing, disciplinary and criminal ABC matters. Also a former IRS attorney who specializes in resolving disputes with tax agencies including the IRS, Virginia Department of Taxation and municipal authorities and litigates cases in the U.S. Tax Court.
We represent multi-operator restaurant chains and hotel groups and well as telecommunications and media companies. One of our attorneys is a board member of the Hampton Roads Technology Council.
