Legal Alliance Company was founded in 1995. Today the Company has the strongest practice in the area of Pharmaceutical law in Ukraine that allows us to consider all specifics of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market and provide our clients with high-quality legal assistance.

Our extensive network of partnership law firms practicing Pharmaceutical law in other jurisdictions results in successful implementation of transnational projects in the pharmaceutical area.

We are an official legal partner of AIPM Ukraine (Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers). In 2011, the Company initiated establishment of Pharmaceutical law Committee under the jurisdiction of the Ukraine Bar Association – one of the largest association of lawyers in this country operating under the leadership of the Company staff.

Our experts represent Legal Alliance in the Public Council of the State Department of Ukraine of Intellectual Property, the Public Council of the State Inspectorate of Ukraine on protection of consumer rights and the Committee on pharmaceutical industry activities of the Public Council of the Ministry of Health.
