Law Firm Overview
The Law Office renders services within most branches of Polish and European law: In particular the scope of activities encompasses:a. commercial and companies’ law (incl. the law of the partnerships, the law on bills and cheques),
b. real-estate and construction law (i.a. transactions and investment processes, spatial development),
c. energy law,
d. labour law,
e. copyright law (incl. the internet works),
f. European and international law.
The Law Office provides representation in the proceedings in the arbitration courts and all Polish courts as well as in security and enforcement proceedings.
The offer includes also support in organization and management of commercial or pre-litigation negotiations.
Within international law the Law Office offers i.a. preparation, filing and presenting the claim to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Due to membership of the Republic of Poland in the European Union appropriate norms of European law are always taken into account if necessary in solving the issues of Polish law.
The acts of legal service are performed in particular as:
