Rossi & Associati is a boutique international law firm with headquarters in New York and offices in Italy which provides legal and tax advice to companies and individuals engaged in cross border activities.We assist U.S. and Italian small and mid-sized private businesses and large institutional clients which invest or engage in business transactions in foreign countries and foreign companies which invest or do business in Italy and the U.S.
We advise Italian and U.S. individuals who move to a foreign country and foreign individuals who move to the U.S. or Italy, to whom we provide pre immigration or expatriation planning.
Our main focus is on U.S. - Italy cross border matters and we act as a one stop shop for U.S. and foreign clients involved in matters connected with Italy, ranging from a one time investment or single transaction to a stable and far reaching business operation.
Marco Rossi began practicing law in 1991 in Italy and he soon focused its practice on the area of international taxation. He set up his own firm in 1998 and in 2005 he established Marco Q. Rossi & Associati, a boutique law firm with regional offices in Italy (Genoa and Milan) and international headquarters in New York devoted to U.S. and Italian international legal and tax planning for individual and corporate clients.
The firm's niche practice consists in offering consultation and planning advice on the legal and tax aspects of international investments, business transactions and activities occurring in or between the U.S., EU and Italy.
We believe that the interests of clients involved in international activities, investment or business transactions in general, and those developing across the border between Italy and the U.S., in particular, are well served by attorneys who devote their energies exclusively to the discipline of international taxation, have specific knowledge of the U.S. tax system and U.S. business and cultural practices and have a fixed presence both in Italy and the U.S.
