"Micropractice" means I accept very few clients, but work very hard for each one. A lawyer since 1984, I have worked with and against the best law firms in the country. I have helped people with all types of injuries, including traumatic brain injury, hypoxic brain injury, broken backs and bones, osteonecrosis of the jaw from Reclast, birth defects, eye injury and too many others to list. The causes of the injuries have included auto and snowmobile accidents, falls on business premises, medical malpractice, defective products, window falls, prescription medicine, chorionic villis sampling, anesthesia, and many others.
I have a special interest in helping children, which I call Pediatric Law. Injuries to children are different. Different legal rules apply, and its important to consider different evidence. For example, how do you prove lost earning capacity for someone who has never held a job?
Over the years, I have handled many kinds of civil litigation. I still help people with employment law disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, racial harassment, disability discrimination and others.
My office is in Lake Oswego, Oregon, but I have helped people all over the state, not just in the Portland area, including Salem, Eugene, Roseburg, Klamath Falls, Hood River, Bend, and just about everywhere.
