The firms founder, Joseph Mohr, teaches Patent Law, Trademark Law, and Copyright Law as an adjunct professor of law, as well as engineering courses in a Renewable Energy Engineering curriculum.We prepare provisional patent applications, non-provisional patent applications, PCT applications and design applications. Further, we prepare and file federal trademark applications as well as state trademark applications. We also prepare copyright applications. Further services provided include preparing licensing agreements, patent searches, and trademark searches.
When necessary to protect our clients intellectual property or to defend their interests, we represent clients in court during patent litigation and trademark litigation. Moreover, we have experience with Opposition and Cancellation proceedings within the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
