Law Firm Overview
The firm offers a full range of legal services. There are two partners and three other lawyers (four of whom are Notaries Public), and other personnel and office administrators. We give advice and write documents in plain language.We oversee a large licensed Company Management Company, International Corporation Services Ltd., which provides company management for about 700 Cayman companies at the same address.
We are members of State Capital Law Firm Group (though we practise independently and are not in a relationship for joint practice of law) and MacIntyre Sträter International Limited (MSI), a worldwide association of independent professional law firms. We also have extensive independent relationships with reputable law firms in the United States, the Caribbean, South America and Europe.
