Since 1994 we specialise in company formation in any jurisdiction, including offshore corporations and partnerships, trusts and foundations. We undertake domestic or cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as establishment of 'societas europea' under the recent EU regulations. We also provide company migration services, including the accounting services required to that purpose.

We provide administration services, trustee services and legal advice on corporate law. We assist clients with their international or domestic transactions, including representation and distribution agreements, issue and processing of L/C and commercial litigation. We undertake negotiations in view of settlement agreements and arbitration in commercial differences.

Another field we specialise in concerns real estate transactions: purchase or sale of real estate, estate planning and tax efficient ways to hold, manage or transfer real estate property.

We are in a position to assist in immigration matters, issue of visas and arrangment of all related aspects of family, tax and inheritance law.

Finally, we deal with Greek administrative law and we undertake litigation before the European Court of Justice, as well as implementation of all extra-judicial means of administrative assistance provided by the European Commission.
