The firm was founded in 1975 by Richard P. Neimark, the son of noted personal injury lawyer Milton Neimark. Both attorneys had planned to practice law together, but Milton's unfortunate passing prevented them from having that opportunity. Now a third-generation family member, Richard's son, Marshall Neimark, has followed in his father's and grandfather's footsteps by going into personal injury law. He joined his father's practice in 1997 to protect the rights of those hurt by the negligence of others.
