• Intellectual Property

We are the leading trade mark and patent agents in St. Lucia. We act for a number of household name companies in the protection of their trademarks and other intellectual property rights by registration with the St. Lucia Intellectual Property Registry. We can also advise and bring proceedings, if necessary, in cases of passing off, trade mark infringement or other breaches of intellectual property rights.

• Corporate and Commercial

Our incorporation service is equipped with the latest technology, enabling the firm to meet the demands of clients in the shortest possible time. We advise on all aspects of company law, from the creation of companies and the preparation of corporate documents, the duties of directors, shareholders agreements and disputes, domestic and cross-border company mergers and acquisitions, to winding up and insolvency issues.

• Real Estate Transactions

The development of St. Lucia as both a tourist destination and financial centre, has given rise to numerous major development projects.
