Our clients range from publicly listed companies, developers, banks, private companies and individuals, to different Government bodies.Established in 1987, OLN is a Hong-Kong mid-sized law firm with a representative office in Shanghai since 2007. We are specialized in commercial work, dispute resolution, trademark & intellectual property law, matrimonial and family law. The firm also has maritime capability with its association with Jonathan Rostron Solicitors. The Intellectual Property team in OLNs PRC office handles trademark filing and prosecutions directly with the PRC Trademark Office and the Trademark Review Adjudication Board.
We currently have around 30 lawyers admitted to practice in one or more jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, UK, USA, Australia, and Nepal.
