Followng his elevation to the High Court Bench, the law firm was re structured in 1988 with the change of the firm name to Olaotan Ajose-Adeogun & Co. The partner in charge Olaotan Ajose-Adeogun was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1984 and has been in legal practice ever since. He is a Notary Public having been so appointed in 1993 and a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the United Kingdom. Other partner members of the firm are Mrs. Ayo Duro-Emanuel (formally Miss Ayo Ajose-Adeogun ) called to the Nigerian Bar in 1978, and Mr. Akin Ajose-Adeogun who was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991.
