Our firm was formed in 1998, when Fred L. Otis, G. Brent Coan, and Michael D. Stewart, our founding members, turned their focus to the legal needs of the real estate and business community in Northern Colorado. The three founding members have extensive experience in all aspects of real estate and business law. The addition of several associates over the years has strengthened the firm’s real estate and business practice, and expanded the litigation practice area of the firm. In 2007, Michael D. Stewart became of counsel to the firm. In 2008, senior associate Jennifer Lynn Peters became a member of the firm, and effective May 1, 2008, our firm changed its name to Otis Coan & Peters, LLC.
