Mr. Hales has been an attorney since 1973 and has extensive experience in a variety of legal fields including complex litigation, business law, nonprofit organizations, estate planning and health law. After being a partner in a law firm, he formed his own individual practice in 1991 and also has a network of other experienced lawyers to whom he refers matters that he does not handle personally. In 1995 Mr. Hales moved his offices to City House in Grand Center, an historic landmark he restored.
