Perchstone & Graeys is a full service commercial practice located in the heart of the Lekki Peninsula, Lagos, Nigeria. Founded in 1997 by the duo of Remi Okunlola and Osaro Eghobamien, SAN, the Firm, from the onset had set for itself the mission of creating a world class law firm driven by quality service delivery, professionalism and integrity.Working with a compliment of four Partners and over eleven lawyers, we are supplemented by two eminent practise consultants and an excellent team of Paralegal staff, thus helping the Firm parade a robust team that aggregates into a seamless whole, the products of some of the finest legal training available.
Two of its Partners are acknowledged leaders in the profession: Remi is annually listed among a handful of Nigerians in the The International Who’s Who of Lawyers while Osaro was, in 2008, conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN, the equivalent of a Queen’s Counsel in England). The two other Partners: Kunle Ajagbe anchors the foray into Real Estate Financing while Olawale Adebambo has a rich experience of Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Law.
The firm has developed a strong working alliance with leading international law firms such as Herbert Smith LLP, Sidley Austin LLP and with the telecommunications department of Denton Wilde Sapte LLP, to further improve upon the quality of service it provides to clients. We maintain strong links with the commercial sections of a number of diplomatic missions in Nigeria, advising foreign investors and visiting trade delegations on investment specific laws and practices. Particularly, the firm is listed by the United Kingdoms Department of Trade and Industry as one of three law firms to consult in Nigeria for Oil & Gas. Early in 2009, Perchstone & Graeys was listed as one of the most successful commercial law firms in Nigeria for 2008 by BusinessDay newspaper.
