Law Firm Overview

My name is Elisabeth Pride. I founded Pride Law in 2011 to provide mediation, consultation and/or representation in issues related to divorce, custody, child and spousal support, step-parent adoption, pre- and post-marital agreements, and Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Court appeals of all related issues. I can serve as a trained neutral mediator to help you and your spouse understand and protect your goals and interests in mutual resolution of your family law issues and in drafting a Memorandum of Agreement once mediation has led to a consensus. I can represent you as a trained collaborative attorney to work with you, your spouse and his/her own collaborative attorney and in some cases neutral experts such as psychologists and financial advisors to help you reach a mutually beneficial out-of-court resolution of your family law issues. And of course I can provide legal advice and representation to you in a traditional adversarial case to seek resolution of family law issues by negotiation and settlement or, if necessary, by court intervention, through all phases of a case including discovery, trial and appeal.
