The Firm also takes pride in having acted as lead local counsel on the de-regulation of the telecommunications sector including assisting with drafting the Bahrain telecommunications legislation, and acted on other prestigious projects, such as being the lead local counsel acting for the EDB in negotiations to secure all legal and contractual rights for the Bahrain Grand Prix including advising the BRC on all legal and contractual issues relevant to this mega project. The Firm was also instrumental in the issue of 200,000 Non-cumulative, Non-participating, Registered Series A Preference Shares for Investcorp Bank.
