Randy M. Lish began practicing law in 1982, and since 1985, his practice has become more and more focused on estate planning, elder, asset protection planning, and medicaid planning. He focuses on a counseling based practice, and carefully tailors each plan to the needs and desires of each client. He has prepared plans for clients with a wide range of needs, and estates both large and small. He also believes that a good estate plan is a team effort involving CPAs, financial advisors or insurance agents, and the attorney. He also helps clients plan to protect their assets from medicaid, in both planning and crisis situations.
