Jared Richards, founder of the firm, practices law in Nevada and has argued before Nevada's Second and Eighth Judicial District Courts, the Federal District Court of the District of Nevada and the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also made appearances before the Nevada Supreme Court. He received his bachelor’s degree in vocal music from Southern Utah University, where he studied opera and musical theater. He then decided to attend law school, and scored in the top 1 of all applicants on the national Law School Admissions Test. Jared graduated with honors from the law school at Brigham Young University.

Jared began his career at the Las Vegas branch of one of the western United States' most prestigious law firms, with over 400 attorneys. He has years of experience litigating complex issues in the areas of personal injury, bankruptcy, probate and trust administration. In all, Jared successfully collected over $20 million dollars through litigation for his clients and protected over $15 million dollars of his clients' money through proceedings related to bankruptcy. Jared has represented numerous individuals and small businesses, as well as national and international companies such as Wells Fargo, Ford, MERS, and GE on matters ranging from a few thousand dollars to tens of millions of dollars.
