Ripoll & Mateu Solicitors and Lawyers firm is a law firm founded 28 years ago, with our headquarters in Pollensa, and an office in Palma which covers the whole geographical area of the Balearic Islands.
We aim to provide a high quality legal advice service, specialising in urban real estate law (conveyancing) and related planning law plus all other civil areas such as procurement in general and family law.
We have many clients, both local and UK residents and non-residents with an interest in property. R&M has helped UK clients in conveyance for many years and we are specialists with a serious emphasis on the relationship between the civil side of any property transaction and the legality of it, from a planning point of view.
