Rodríguez Molnar & Asociados, (RM&As) is a well known Spanish specialized law firm, active in three main fields: (1) all kinds of foreign investments, (2) international and corporate work in general, and (3) Environmental Law.

With regard to foreign investments the firm handle mergers and acquisitions, negotiations of joint venture agreements and the creation and establishment of branches, affiliates or subsidiaries of foreign companies. M&RM also have extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of real estate transactions. As a consequence of these activities, we have developed a comprehensive corporate and real estate practice.

Environmental activities account for a significant part of the total legal work done by this firm and such percentage is expanding. The firm regularly advices leading US and European companies on international corporate and environmental matters. Usual activities involve pre-acquisition reports, environmental audits, regulatory follow up, preparation of compliance Protocols, etc.
