Law Firm Overview

Rolewick & Gutzke, P.C. was founded by Mr. David Rolewick in 1978 and has served clients in Wheaton and the surrounding Chicago suburbs, including DuPage County, Kane County, and Will County, for almost thirty years. Mr. John Gutzke joined the firm in 1984 and became a principal in 1991. Mr. Justin Karubas recently became an equity partner in the firm. Rolewick & Gutzke, P.C. has six accomplished attorneys who are active in their communities, members of numerous Bar Associations and committees, authors of numerous legal publications, and speakers at legal seminars. In recognition of their accomplishments, David has been named as an Illinois Super Lawyer and both David and John have been named as Leading Lawyers.

Since founding our firm in 1978, our attorneys have been building and maintaining relationships with our clients. - Special Needs Trusts

We help individuals establish trusts for disabled and special needs children or other family members who might need assistance and protection. Rolewick & Gutzke, P.C. responds to our clients' needs. This means we will be as involved in the probate process as you would like us to be. The personal representative is responsible for actions such as: Gathering documents; Notifying heirs and beneficiaries; Valuation of property and assets; Paying the estate's debts; Preparing federal and state estate tax returns; Distributing assets.
