Organized in 1963, the Firm had the original partnership name of DAZA, LEDESMA, SALUDO & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICES. Mr. Raul A. Daza resigned from the partnership in 1969 upon his election as member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, thereby requiring a change in the partnership name to LEDESMA SALUDO & ASSOCIATES. In 1997, the Firm assumed its present partnership name.
Over the years, the Firm has done extensive counseling in such specialized areas of law as taxation, banking, telecommunications, patent and trademark, and energy, among others. It maintains correspondent relations with leading law offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
