About Cole CaseyG. Cole. Casey began his private practice as a San Diego DUI Attorney over 15 years ago. He is a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law (1996), and a graduate of five distinct National College of DUI Defense programs.
Mr. Casey has the honor of being the state delegate for the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD). He also has the distinction of being the head delegate for all the other 49 member states.
Mr. Casey narrows his practice to only DUI related cases, thereby allowing him to concentrate his considerable skills to DUI defense in the state and federal courts. In furtherance of his experience G. Cole Casey has also been certified as a practitioner, educator, and administer of standardized DUI field sobriety tests using the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration guidelines. As an advocate in DUI Defense, Mr. Casey is frequently asked to speak to other defense and DUI attorneys, as well as law enforcement agencies on the topic of drunk driving legalities.
