The principal lawyers in the firm, Robert Sanger, Catherine Swysen and Stephen Dunkle each have years of experience handling and trying cases to a jury. Mr. Sanger is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Our civil litigation practice includes business litigation, regulatory matters, defense of lawsuits for businesses and individuals, as well as, representation of plaintiffs in civil rights cases, wrongful death, police misconduct, police shooting, discrimination, personal injury and complex litigation.

We are admitted to all courts, state and federal in the State of California, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth, Tenth and Seventh Circuits and various other courts and tribunals around the country. We assist clients in criminal matters from the beginning of disputes from investigation, arrest, bail or release from jail through disposition or jury trial. We handle civil disputes from investigation, mediation and early resolution through trial. We also handle writs and appeals.
